Shipping policy

We process our orders one day after they have been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall on a holiday.

All orders are shipped complete. If there is a back-order situation, we will notify you in order to determine how you would like us to handle your back-order item(s).

International

Every order we ship is triple-checked by our staff before it is packed. Once your package leaves our location with an international destination, we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature, we cannot be held accountable.

Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.). We have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing.

If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
