We process our orders one day after they have been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall on a holiday.

All orders are shipped complete. If there is a back-order situation, we will notify you in order to determine how you would like us to handle the your back-ordered item(s)

INTERNATIONAL

Every order we ship is triple-checked by our staff before it is packed. Once your package leaves our location with an international destination, we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature, we cannot be held accountable.

Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) We have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing.

If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

Pound 4 Pound Elite Boxing Academy is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) organization, and all donations are tax-deductible.

All subscriptions and reserved private and group classes are final and non-refundable.

All other goods and products sold help us support our fighters. Your support can help cover the costs of training, equipment, and travel. Many of our boxers do not have the means to pay for these costs themselves. Your support can make a powerful difference as we continue to work together to help these youth work towards future achievements.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition. After inspection of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping and handling costs (if applicable). All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.

If you receive the wrong Item(s), damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly replace or exchange it at no charge to you, as long as it is in the original packaging and in new and resalable condition.
